An invoice is generated every time we bill your credit card. You can find it under "My Account > Orders".

If you decide to cancel your membership, you can do that by logging in to your account at and going to Profile > Cancel Membership.

If you experience issues while logging in, write to us at or call us at our toll-free number +31 20 225 1647 and we will cancel your membership for you.

We don’t refund our charges, but if you are dissatisfied with our service and decide to cancel your subscription, we will never charge you again. We don’t have any long-term contracts, sign-up, lock-in, or termination fees. Pay as you go, as long as you are interested in using our services and cancel when you don’t want to use them anymore.
